New Traditions

Our family is getting bigger and at Christmas time if we stuck with getting gifts for everyone it would mean way too much money spent!  The last couple of years we've done different things like gift exchanges and name picking.  This year we decided to do something entirely different.  Each person chipped in a small amount of money and with that we spent an hour bowling, enjoyed a Chinese and chicken wing meal and we were able to donate a $100 worth of groceries to the Salvation Army.  We had a great afternoon and evening together.  Here are some pictures of our bowling trip.  This was Leah's first time ever bowling and she had a blast and I think she may have out bowled Roelof!!
