We had a Croquette Open House for our congregation.  We rolled about 160 croquettes - we ate about 80 so that leaves us with another 80 so if you want croquettes give us a call and we'll have you over.  But funny story I didn't actually get a picture of a cooked croquette :-( so you'll have to wait until I cook a bunch more up to see them in their glory!
