Week Seven & Eight

The weeks keep flying by!! Here are weeks seven & eight.

Week Seven

Day 43 – May 20, 2011 – Today Grandpa & Grandma came to visit for your baptism this Sunday.

Day 44 – May 21, 2011 – More family came down to visit and you met your Oma and great grand parents for the first time

Day 45 – May 22, 2011 – Today we were privileged to witness your baptism.  You also slept from 11:30 p.m.  until 6:15 a.m. what a treat!!

Day 46 – May 23, 2011 – You usually sleep at night for a 5 – 6 hour stretch now which is very nice.

Day 47 – May 24, 2011 – Today you had a crabby day – must still be recovering from the weekend.

Day 48 – May 25, 2011 – You are starting to recognize faces.  You consistently smile at your mommy & daddy and are also starting to coo and make cute baby noises!

Day49 – May 26, 2011 – You are not a fan of the bathtub.  Every time we give you a bath you scream your little head off from the start of the bath all the way to the end.

Week Eight

Day 50 – May 27, 2011 – This is the last week that we are in Grand Rapids.  We are very busy packing things up.

Day 51 – May 28, 2011 – You are still sleeping in mommy & daddy’s room in your bassinet, although you are getting quickly out growing it. 

Day 52 – May 29, 2011 – You love to sleep in your swing during the day, you like the noise and actually sleep better in that during the day then you do in your bassinet.

Day 53 – May 30, 2011 – Today was Memorial Day in the US and we spent the afternoon at Millenium Park.  You for the most slept but you did have a bottle.

Day 54 – May 31, 2011 – You are growing fast.  You are in 3 months clothes and even some of those are getting tight on you.

Day 55 – June 1, 2011 – You continue to sleep good during the night, depending on when you go to bed you usually only wake up once during the night.

Day 56 – June 2, 2011 – Today marks the first day you were in Canada.  We are in the process of applying for your Canadian Citizenship card.
