Summer Salads

Summer is a great time to try all kinds of different salads.  There being so much fresh produce this time of the year its hard to resist eating something so tasty.  Over the last couple of weeks I've been trying to make a new salad each week to try out.  Here are a couple of my creations using some great recipes.  I'll link you to the sites with the recipes so you can try them out too!!
